Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 x egg yolks
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans, minced

Инструкции

  1. Combine lowfat milk, sugar, yolks, butter and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till it thickens, about 12 min.
  2. Remove from heat and add in coconut and pecans. Beat till cold and of spreading consistency.
  3. 2 1/2 c. frosting.
