Рецепт German Cherry Cake

Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 3 tsp baking pwdr a little lemon juice a few drops of brandy optional
  • 2 can pitted cherries
  • 1 pch salt

Инструкции

  1. Beat butter till creamy , add in sugar and Large eggs , lemon juice and brandy. Mix flour and baking pwdr together and add in to above mix.
  2. Take about 3/4 of the mix and mix well with hand. Butter a 9" x 12 " pan. Press the dough into pan.
  3. Add in the cherries ( liquid removed ) and a little sugar.
  4. The rest of the dough.....mix into crumbs and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min. When done and cold , sprinkle with icing sugar.
