- Beat butter till creamy , add in sugar and Large eggs , lemon juice and brandy. Mix flour and baking pwdr together and add in to above mix.
- Take about 3/4 of the mix and mix well with hand. Butter a 9" x 12 " pan. Press the dough into pan.
- Add in the cherries ( liquid removed ) and a little sugar.
- The rest of the dough.....mix into crumbs and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min. When done and cold , sprinkle with icing sugar.
