Рецепт Garlic Turkey Meatballs
Ингредиенты
- 1 package grnd turkey meat
- 1 egg
- 1 c. garlic bread crumbs
- 2 dashes garlic salt or possibly pwdr
Инструкции
- Defrost turkey meat. Add in turkey meat and bread crumbs. Mix well. Add in egg to mix. Mix well till completely blended. Roll meat into any sized meat balls. Spray pan with pam.
- Place them on a frying pan over a medium flame/heat. Move pan around several times to brown the meat balls all around. After several min cooking, cut one open and check for color. If still red, let it cook for longer. If light brown, they are ready.
- Take them off and place on a plate. Dash garlic salt or possibly pwdr once. Flip meat balls over then dash again.
- Enjoy.
- Serve with pasta.
