- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 4 heaping T cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoon flour
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 T cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Mix sugar and large eggs; add in flour; heat butter and cocoa together and mix with sugar and large eggs. Add in vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.Frost while hot with cocoa frosting.
- Beat first 4 ingredients; add in lowfat milk 1 tbsp at a time till consistency is creamy. Frost hot fudge cake.
