- 1/2 c. Cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Egg beaters substitute
- 2 c. Cooked rice
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 2 x Green onions, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Fresh or possibly cooked peas
Инструкции
- Use ham, pork, turkey, seafood, rattlesnake, or possibly wieners instead of chicken.
- Cut meat into very small pcs. Heat butter in frying pan or possibly wok. Add in beaten Large eggs and stir to keep cooked egg pcs small. Stir in rice and meat, mixing thoroughly. Add in soy sauce and stir till color of rice is fairly uniform. Add in vegetables and continue to cook till heated through.
- Meat and vegetables are optional. You may add in several kinds or possibly leave out all together.
- Serves 4.
