- Break Matzo into quarters and soak in cold water till soft. Gently squeeze out water. Beat large eggs add in salt. Add in Matzo.Put oil in skillet drop mix just like you would for pancakes. Fry till golden, drain on paper towel. Serve with strawberry preserves or possibly your favorite jelly.
