Ингредиенты
- 2 x spoonfuls oil
- 2 1/5 lb pork meat, preferable ribs, cut into 16 pcs
- 1 c. white onion, cut into thin strips
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp crumbled oregano
- 4 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. grnd cayenne pepper
- 1 x spoonful salt
- 1/2 c. green onion, cut into thin strips
- 8 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs, to thicken
Инструкции
- 1. In a large pot heat the two spoonfuls of oil over medium heat. Add in the pork and fry till golden brown.
- 2. Add in onion, cumin, pepper, oregano, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and green onion.
- 3. Stir and add in the eight c. of boiling water.
- 4. Let cook till the meat comes off a little of the bones, at least two hrs. Try to maintain the initial amount of broth, adding a little of water if necessary.
- 5. Shortly before serving, add in bread crumbs to thicken. Serve in a deep plate with sufficient broth. Garnish with one cooked potato and cooked white corn.
- Serve with 4 c. cooked white corn 8 peeled potatoes (cooked separately).
