- 8 lb Tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/4 c. Basil, fresh, minced
- 1 lrg Onion, chopped
- 3 clv garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Инструкции
- In large saucepan, cook tomatoes and basil over medium-low heat till tomatoes are soft. Meanwhile, in medium skillet, saute/fry onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till onions are soft.
- Add in onion mix to tomato mix and add in salt and pepper. Let simmer on low heat for 2 hours. or possibly till thick.
