Ингредиенты
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 c. Crushed strawberries (fresh or possibly frzn)
- 1 stk butter/margarine
- 1 x 3 ounce. box strawberry Jello
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
Инструкции
- Cream Mararine. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add in cake mix, jello, strawberries and lowfat milk. Mix well. Bake in three 8 or possibly 9 inch pans at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. Let cold for 10 min. Remove from pans, cold and ice.
- ICING
- 1 1lb. box of powdered sugar 1/2 stick margarine, softened 1/2 c. crushed strawberries (if frzn, DRAIN!!!)
- Cream margarine and sugar and mix well. Add in crushed strawberries and mix to spreading consistancy, using juice if needed/ Stread onto cake. Arrange strawberry slices on top of cake.
