- 3 c. Fresh pineapple, finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Pastry for a 2 crust 9" pie
Инструкции
- Cook pineapple till tender, and consistency of canned crushed pineapple.
- Drain. Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add in to pineapple. Cook till thick, stirring constantly. Cold. Pour into pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425F for 25 min.
