- 1/2 c. Orange Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Raspberry Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Raspberries
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Seedless Grapes Red
- 1 c. Cubed Watermelon
- 1 c. Halved Fresh Strawberries
- 1 c. Cubed Cantaloupe
- 1 c. Blueberries
- 1 c. Sliced Plums

- 1 In a blender or possibly food processor, combine banana, orange juice, lime juice, poppy seeds, raspberry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, raspberries, salt and cayenne pepper, and puree till smooth. Cover tightly and chill till ready to use.
- 2 Combine grapes, watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe, blueberries and plums in a large bowl. Pour dressing over fruit and toss to coat.
