- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 x green kiwifruit
- 2 x gold kiwifruit
- 1 c. strawberries, hulled (see note)
- 1 sm bunch seedless red grapes (see note)
Инструкции
- To make dressing: Mix the lemon juice and honey in a small bowl.
- To assemble kebabs: Peel kiwi and cut in eighths. Thread alternately with other fruit onto wooden skewers. Drizzle with Citrus Honey Dressing and serve fresh.
- Note: You can substitute berries and/or possibly grapes with other fresh fruit, such as melons or possibly nectarines.
