- 125 gm Dry apricots, minced coarsely
- 125 gm Dry mango, minced in 1cm lengths
- 125 gm Dry apple rings, minced coarsely
- 375 ml Sparkling apple juice Lychees, fresh or possibly preserved (use 1 punnet fresh or possibly 1x585g can, liquid removed)
- 2 sm Punnets strawberries or possibly cherries or possibly a, seeded and halved large bunch black grapes
- 250 ml Cream
- 1 pch Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Orange liqueur or possibly orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Grated orange rind
- 125 ml Plain lowfat yoghurt
Инструкции
- Soak the minced dry fruits covered in the fridge for 3-4 hrs or possibly overnight in the sparkling apple juice. Chill the prepared lychees and strawberries in separate bowls and add in it just before serving.
- Citrus cream: Half whip the cream with the salt and spices. Add in the sugar and whip till hard. Mix in the liqueur, rind and lowfat yoghurt. Cover and refrigeratetill serving time.
