Ингредиенты
- 1 1/2 lb stew meat cubed
- 4 med potatoes - (to 5) cubed
- 6 med carrots cubed
- 4 med onions - (to 6) diced
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt - (to 2 tspns)
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1/4 c. water
- 8 ounce tomato juice Kitchen Bouquet (optional)

- Place meat and vegetables in heavy pan or possibly roaster. Mix seasonings, tapioca, water, tomato juice, and bouquet together. Pour over meat. Put lid on, bake 4 1/2 to 5 hrs at 250 degrees. Stir occasionally.
