- 1 x Beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Instant chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8 ounce Grnd beef, (up to 10)
- 2 sm Potatoes, peeled/quartered
- 2 sm Carrots, sliced
- 1 sm Onion, quartered
- 8 ounce tomatoes">Tomatoes Or possibly stewed tomatoes">tomatoes, or possibly more
- 1 x Beef bouillon cube
- 3 Tbsp. Water

- Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine egg, cornstarch, instant chopped onion, dry mustard, chili pwdr and salt. Add in grnd beef and mix well. Shape into 6-8 balls. Brown in Microwave on High for 6-7 min. Placei n 1 1/2 qt casserole. Add in potatoes, carrots and onion. Mix together remaining ingredients and heat in Microwave. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 till vegetables are tender, aobut 1 hour and 15 min.
