- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic or gar. Powder
- 1/2 tsp. coarsley ground black pepper

- Mix 1st 5 ingred in small bowl. rub both side of pork chops with spice mix. let stand 15-30 min.
- cook chops to an internal temp of 145 degrees with a 3- minute rest
