Рецепт Peanut Butter Pie
This recipe was given to me by my wonderful Next door Neighbor, Terry Cashen. Terry & Dave have 4 adopted children who delivered the pie to Oscar and me on Christmas Eve. It was so good, I just had to have the recipe. Terry was gracious enough to share.

- 1 9" graham cracker crust
- 1 8 ounce pkg. creem cheese. (I use the low fat )
- Softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1, 16 oz.container whipped topping,low fat
- 15 mini Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped Use these if you choose to use 1/2 of whipped topping for the actual topping.

- Mix:
- Cream cheese
- Peanut butter
- Sugar
- Fold in 1/2 of whipped topping
- Pour into crust
- OR:
- Fold in all of the whipped topping and pour into crust. The "OR" is
- What I prefer.
- Chill for at least 2 hours or freeze overnight. ( I freeze it)
