- Mix ingredients, except preserves and nuts. Shape into balls the size of a walnut and press into miniature muffin tins. Fill with 1 tsp. apricot
- (or possibly any fruit) preserves, and sprinkle with minced nuts. Bake at 325 for 20 min or possibly till pastry is lightly browned.
