- 4 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 pch Salt
- 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 x German chocolate bar
- 1 pt Marshmallow creme
- 2 c. Walnut meats

- I've had this recipe for years - cannot remember where I got it.
- Boil first 4 ingredients together for 6 min. Put remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour boiling syrup over and beat till chocolate is all melted. Pour into a 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Let stand a few hrs before cutting.
