- 12 slc sandwich bread
- 8 ounce package Kraft Old English Cheese
- 1/4 lb /one stick butter
- 1 pt lowfat milk
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
Инструкции
- Heat cheese and butter, cut crusts off bread and cut in quarters. Stir into the melted cheese and butter. Spread in bottom of greased 2 quart casserole. This will look like a gummy mess.
- Beat the Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and mustard mix till frothy and pour over the bread/cheese mix. Stir a bit with a knife to be sure the lowfat milk mix gets to the bottom. It will be very lumpy with the cheese/butter floating on top. Store overnight in the frig, and then bake uncovered in a 300 degree oven one hour.
- Serve with fruits, warm sauce, sausages, etc.
