- 1 c. lowfat sour cream

- Make instant mashed potatoes according to directions on package. Add in all remaining ingredients and pour in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dishes. Sprinkle with additional Cheddar cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
