Рецепт Twice Baked Potato Salad
This is a recipe a friend of mine gave me many years ago although i haven't made it in a while it is really good. My friend moved to Michigan and we lost contact.
Ингредиенты
- 6-8 medium sized potatoes
- 16 oz tub sour cream
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 pkg bacon bits
- 1 bunch green onions cut in 1/4 inch sections
- 1 pkg shredded Colby and Jack cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper (optional)
Инструкции
- peel potatoes and cut into bite size cubes
- Fill medium to large pan with enough water to cover potatoes
- put potatoes in pan
- cook over medium heat until tender
- drain potatoes
- in a large bowl first combine butter and sour cream
- mix well with a spoon
- add bacon bits, green onion, cheese, salt and pepper
- mix again with a spoon
- refrigerate for 1 hour before serving or serve hot
