Ингредиенты
- 2 lrg red bell peppers
- 1 med green bell pepper
- 1 med red onion
- 1 x celery stalk
- 1/4 c. sugar, PLUS
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
Инструкции
- 1) Put red pepper, green pepper, onion and celery in a food processor. Process till the vegetables are minced coarsely. Transfer to a colander and let drain for 10 min.
- 2) Combine sugar and vinegar in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil over moderate heat and cook for 2 min. Add in the liquid removed vegetables, return to boil and cook for 2 min. Spoon into serving dishes or possibly storage containers and let cold. Store in refrigerator.
