- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 1 (8 ounce) c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Crisco oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 lg. can pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 c. water

- In a large bowl, put together lowfat sour cream, large eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla together. Beat till smooth. Add cake mix, small amount at a time. On medium speed, till all in and mix well. As you mix, add lowfat milk till it is smooth. Bake in 2 regular cake pans. Grease pans and flour bottom of pans. Bake at 350 degrees.FILLING: In a small saucepan, bring pineapple and boil with sugar. Mix flour and warm water together. Pour in pineapple till thick. Cool. Spread over cake.
