  • 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. freshly brewed warm coffee
  • 2 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate, shaves
  • Cinnamon sticks

Инструкции

  1. Place lowfat milk in saucepan; heat on low 2 to 3 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Place egg whites in blender; process on high till frothy (10 seconds). Slowly add in warm lowfat milk and sugar, blending at high speed 30 seconds.
  2. Pour 3/4 c. warm coffee into 6 mugs. Pour lowfat milk mix proportionately into coffee. Top each with 1 tsp. chocolate and add in a cinnamon stick. Makes 6 servings - 57 calories each.
