- 5 lb chuck roast
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom or possibly chicken (family size)
- 1 pkt Lipton garlic herb mix Pam spray Crockpot

- For easy clean up-spray with Pam.
- Place chuck roast in crockpot. Mix together very well the garlic herb mix and cream of chicken. Spread the mix over both sides of roast.
- Cook on high for about 8 hrs or possibly till tender. Depending on the meat, it may not take as long. Test for seasoning. Season with salt/pepper as desired. Other cuts of roast may be used. Serve with English peas and creamed potatoes or possibly with rice and green bean casserole.
- It can be put on when you leave for work on low, it will be ready when you get home.
