Ингредиенты
- 1 pkt frzn hash brown potatoes (cubes)
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 sm onion, minced
- 1 x Polska Kielbasa sausage sliced into "coins" Salt and pepper to taste

- Mix all together and bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour or possibly till potatoes are tender and top is lightly browned.
