- 3 lb Country-style pork ribs
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
- 2 1/2 lb Russet potatoes,, peeled and quartered
- 2 lrg Onions, quartered
- 1 lb Polish Kielbasa sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 jar (1 lb.) sauerkraut, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 pkt (1 lb.) frzn baby carrots 1 1//2 ts salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 lb Swiss chard, shredded
Инструкции
- Place ribs in a 6 quart Dutch oven or possibly large pot with sufficient water to cover.
- Stir in garlic pwdr. Cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium and cook , covered, 1 1/2 hours. Skim foam from top.
- Add in potatoes and onions. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 45 min.
- Add in sausage, sauerkraut, carrots, salt and pepper. Cook, covered, 15 min.
- Stir in chard; cover and let stand 5 min. Serve in soup bowls.
