Ингредиенты
- 1 3/4 pound beef steak about 1" thick
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled & mashed to a pulp
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 scallions sliced into thin rounds all the way up their green sections
- 2 tbsp. oriental sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

- Cut the beef diagonally into very thin slices. Put in a bowl. Rub with sugar and set aside for 10 min. Add in garlic, soy sauce, scallions and sesame oil. Rub this in too and set aside for 15 min or possibly longer.
- Heat a large cast-iron frying pan on high heat till it is very warm. Brush lightly with oil. Lay strips of meat in it in a single layer. When brown, turn the pcs over and quickly do the other side. Remove and put in a hot serving dish. Do all the pcs this way and serve immediately.
