- Put in 8 inch greased pan. Make small openings and drop uncooked Large eggs (4-6), one in each opening.
- Mix together: 1 can cheese soup Sufficient lowfat milk to make mix spreadable
- Spoon soup mix over Large eggs and spinach. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 min. Cut into squares and serve. This recipe can be doubled using a 13 x 9 inch pan.
