Ingredients: 3 lrg Apples, (minced fine); 1 c. Packed brown sugar; 1 c. White sugar; 2 x Large eggs, (room temperature); 1 c. Oil; 1 c. Minced walnuts; 3 c. Flour; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda; 2 tsp Vanilla

Ингредиенты

3 lrg Apples, (minced fine)
1 c. Packed brown sugar
1 c. White sugar
2 x Large eggs, (room temperature)
1 c. Oil
1 c. Minced walnuts
3 c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

Pour brown and white sugar over apples in a large bowl. Let sit for 20 min. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix together with large wooden spoon till well-blended. Pour into a greased and floured tube or possibly bundt pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. Can be topped with whipped cream and garnished with maraschino cherry before serving.
