- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. dill seasoning (3 Tbs. fresh, snipped dill weed)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
- 6 slc of French or possibly Italian bread (3/4 inch thick)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 6 x thin slices of Swiss cheese
- 6 x thin slices of tomato Salt and pepper, to taste

- In a shallow bowl beat together Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, dill and mustard.
- Dip each slice of bread into mix and let it soak on each side for about 15 seconds. In a skillet or possibly on a griddle, heat margarine. Cook bread in margarine over medium heat for 2 to 3 min or possibly till bottom is golden. Turn slices over. Top with cheese, tomato, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 min more or possibly till bottom is golden, adding more margarine as needed. Serve hot.
- Makes 6 slices.
