Prepared mustard; 2 tsp Prepared horseradish; 1 x Clove garlic, chopped; 3/4 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Pepper; 2/3 c. Cool water; 1/3 c. All purpose flour Warm cooked noodles

1 1/2 lb Beef round steak cut cubes
2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
1/2 c. Tomato sauce
1/2 c. Minced onion
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
2 tsp Prepared horseradish
1 x Clove garlic, chopped
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2/3 c. Cool water
1/3 c. All purpose flour Warm cooked noodles

Инструкции

Trim excess fat from meat, cut meat into cubes. In a skillet brown meat on all sides in warm oil, drain. Transfer meat to S.C stir in all remaining ing.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 - 10 hrs. Turn to high heat setting. Blend cool water slowly into flour, stir into meat mix, Cook until thickened Stir occ. Serve with noodles - 6 Servings.
