Ингредиенты
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 c. unbleached white flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Инструкции
- 1. Beat together egg, buttermilk and honey.
- 2. Mix well together all dry ingredients.
- 3. Combine all ingredients, including melted butter and mix well.
- 4. Spread into buttered 8 inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
- 5. Serve warm with softened butter mixed with honey.
- Mmmmmm...good!
