Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. unbleached white flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. Beat together egg, buttermilk and honey.
  2. Mix well together all dry ingredients.
  3. Combine all ingredients, including melted butter and mix well.
  4. Spread into buttered 8 inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
  5. Serve warm with softened butter mixed with honey.
  6. Mmmmmm...good!
