- Beat 3 Large eggs to make an eggwash, add in cream and salt and beat together. Place the oyster in flour, eggwash and cornmeal and place in warm oil. Move the oyster around the oil for 2 min till golden.
- Take the baguette, slice and fill with salad ingredients, sundried tomatoes, onions, fresh salsa and arrange around the fried oyster.
