- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 14 ounce. pkg. (5 1/3 c.) coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 14 ounce. can sweetened condensed lowfat milk (NOT evaporated)
- 1 c. minced dates
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine flour, coconut and salt; mix well. Stir in lowfat milk. Mix in dates and walnuts. Drop by Tbsp. onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till light golden. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
