- 10 fl ounce Heavy cream
- 2 tsp Runny honey
- 3 Tbsp. Whiskey
- 12 ounce Raspberries

- Toast the oatmeal on a cookie sheet under the broiler, or possibly in a warm oven - watch it carefully and stir it from time to time - till it turns a pale golden brown color. Leave it to cold completely. Whip the cream till it holds its shape, stir in the honey and whiskey, then the cool toasted oatmeal.
- Layer the raspberries and the cream mix in the glasses, saving a few of the berries for decoration on top. Serve slightly cold.
