- Cucumber 6 ech Peel, De-seed, Chop fine
- Chives, Fresh or Dry 4tbsp Chopped
- Sugar, Granulated 3tbsp
- White Vinegar 3tbsp
- Tabasco Sauce 2tbsp Salt and Pepper To Taste
- Sour Cream 1qt

- To make sauce, peel and de-seed the cucumber and chop finely. Add white vinegar, sugar, Chives, tabasco sause. Then fold in sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
