- Combine first 4 ingredients and mix. Add in butter and mix. Press mix on bottom and 1" on sides of a lightly greased 11" x 7" x 1 1/2" pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven about 15 min. Cold 10 min. Cover with raspberry filling, bake 35 min. Cold 10 min. Spread with lowfat sour cream topping and bake 5 min longer. Refrigeratethoroughly before serving. 12 servings.
