- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 ounce. pkg.), optional

- Beat together sugars, oil, peanut butter and Large eggs. Add in salt, flour, Rice Krispies and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonsful on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min.
