- 1 stick whipped butter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk

- Put together butter, flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon, and salt and mix till crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. To the remaining mix, add in the combined large eggs and lowfat milk. Mix well.Pour into a greased and lightly floured 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 375°F for 30-35 min.
