- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, well liquid removed
- 1/2 c. green onion, minced
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

- Put together all ingredients, stirring well. Serve with an assortment of carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, cauliflower and broccoli flowerets, cherry tomatoes, and other fresh vegetables. Makes about 4 cups.
