- 1 can Campbell's Cheese soup
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1/3 c. Minced onion
- 1/4 c. Minute rice,Uncooked
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 x strip Bacon cut in half
Инструкции
- Combine 1/2 can of soup with all ingredients except bacon.
- Mix throughly. In shallow baking dish, (l3 x 9 x 2) shape firmly into ring-2 inches high with 4 inch opening. Place bacon on ring and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon off fat. Top loaf with remaining soup.
- Bake 5 min more.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
