- 3 pound cubed steak
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounce. can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- Garlic salt

- Mix flour, salt and pepper. Roll steak pcs in flour mix. Place in crock pot. Mix soup, water and mushrooms. Pour over steak. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hrs or possibly high 3 to 4 hrs. Good served over rice.
