Name: Crock Pot German Short Ribs
Ingredients: 3 1/2 lb beef short ribs; 2 Tbsp. flour; 1 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp pepper; 2 Tbsp. shortening; 2 med onions sliced; 1/2 c. dry red wine; 1/2 c. chili sauce; 3 Tbsp. brown sugar; 3 Tbsp. vinegar; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 tsp dry mustard; 1/2 tsp chili pwdr; 2 Tbsp. flour cooked wide noodles (kept hot)

Ингредиенты

3 1/2 lb beef short ribs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 med onions sliced
1/2 c. dry red wine
1/2 c. chili sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp chili pwdr
2 Tbsp. flour cooked wide noodles (kept hot)

Инструкции

Coat ribs in mix of 2 Tablespoons flour with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides. In crockpot combine the ribs and the rest of the ingredients except for the 2 Tablespoons flour. Cook on low for 9 hours. Turn control to high . Thicken with 2 Tablespoons flour mixed with a little water. Cook on high for 15 min. Serve over wide noodles
