- 2 c. Cornflakes, crushed
- 1 x egg white, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp dry crushed oregano
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 x chicken drumsticks, skinned or possibly not - your choice

- Preheat oven to 400 . Place crushed cereal in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg white and fold in paprika, salt, garlic pwdr, oregano and cayenne; combine well. Dip the drumsticks in the egg white mix and then coat well with the crushed Cornflakes. Place on a rack in a baking pan and bake for 45 min, or possibly till chicken is done.
