- 2 x onions sliced
- 4 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp fresh minced thyme
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp sugar Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 whl cleaned red snapper
Инструкции
- Combine the onions and garlic. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour 1/2 marinade over fish with onions and garlic. Let fish marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hrs.
- Grill fish on both sides for about 7 min. Hot remaining marinade and serve over cooked fish.
