- 2 tbsp. flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 med. onion
- 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup

- Cut meat into serving pcs. Dredge meat in seasoned flour. Place onions in bottom of crock pot, add in meat, spread soup over meat. Cover and cook on low 8- 10 hrs or possibly on high 3-5 hrs.
